In 2006, CUNA Mutual Group constructed a new, 110,903 SF built-to-suit customer contact center. The primary central wing contains “Main Street”, the central spine that houses all public spaces such as training and conference rooms, the main café, cyber café and team rooms. The flanking wings contain open office work areas and intermediate support spaces specifically designed to accommodate CUNA’s team sizes and work structure. The is designed with special consideration to the 24/7 operation that functions within it.
