The operational and functional program establishes a strategy and framework for translating the vision and goals into reality. RAD Consultants approaches this process through a well-tested methodology that involves all stakeholders – from organizational leaders, staff, clients, and others within the community. Operational performance criteria are identified to develop detailed space allocation requirements for each component that occupies the building. This process informs the architectural program and schematic design process.
